Concepts and Approvals
All custom orders include a digital concept/mockup for customer approval. If we do not receive a response within our timeline of sending the concept, your order will be produced as shown on the provided concept. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept that production may proceed without further approval if no response is received. We are not responsible for errors, changes, or modifications requested after production has begun.
Order Inspection & Issue Reporting
We stand behind our products, quality and service. We want to ensure you have a great experience with JL Franklins - but all orders must be inspected upon receipt. Any defects, discrepancies, or issues with the order must be reported to us within 30 days of receiving. After this period, we cannot guarantee adjustments, replacements, or refunds.
Production Timeline
Our standard production timeline is 7–10 business days for most standard orders.

Peak Seasons & Holidays: During high-demand times of the year, including major holidays, production times may be extended.

Specialty or Custom Products: Certain products may require additional time depending on availability or production complexity.

Event Deadlines: If you need your order by a specific date for a special event or an "In hands date" - please let us know at the time of placing your order so we can confirm if we can meet your deadline.
- Rush Deadlines: We understand that sometimes a Rush is needed. Please notify us before or at the time of placing your order if you require expedited processing. Rush services are offered for an additional charge, and are subject to capacity, and product availability.
